The upcoming Asbury Park Comedy Festival is being preceded with a kickoff event and will include a number of chuckle-worthy comedians and late night comedy entertainers. A full three-day event, it seems likely that poster printing will currently be out in force to demonstrate how hilarious attendees are likely to find the proceedings.

As part of this funny festival, the kick-off party will feature adult music and comedy, showcased at Wonder Bar. The host of the night will be Craig Loydgren, a renowned comedian. There will be improv comedy skits and presentations from Buda the Comedian, Comedysportz NYC troupe, John Svenda, and others set to raise a few titters.

There will be a late night jam session featuring the Nick Clemons Band and Clarence Clemons III, son of the saxophonist for the E Street Band. Following the evening kick-off, there comedy fest itself will see in the weekend in rib-tickling fashion.

Tickets for the party cost $5 per person and photo ID may be required. The Asbury Park Comedy Fest Kick-Off Party will be happening on Friday, August 23, from 7:30 am to 11:55 pm at the Wonder Bar located at 1215 Ocean Avenue in Asbury Park, just down the road from Wall Township, New Jersey. The festival itself will then follow over the course of the next three days.
