Toms River sees busy October stream in

September 28, 2013 by

Toms River in New Jersey has packed in the events in this October, including the Arts Crafts Music and Harvest Fest and the Ocean Gate EMS Car show.

The Fall Street Festival takes place in downtown Toms River on Washington Street. A wide variety of food, entertainment, crafts, and art examples will be available for attendees to enjoy. A petting zoo will be on hand to give children an opportunity to enjoy a variety of animals.

Other activities include a donut eating contest and pumpkin decorating. Radio station 100.1 WJRX will provide great entertainment for all. The event is scheduled for October 19, and it will kick off at 11:30 am and go through 5:00 pm.

Also occurring on the same date is the 8th Annual Ocean Gate EMS Car Show. There will be more than 40 awards given and it is open to all cars and motorcycles, regardless of age, at the First Aid Park from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm.

There will be a gift auction, food concessions, music, and vendors at the event. As vendors are an integral part of most festivals, it is important for them to market their companies and products effectively. This can be done through banner printing through a local printer, and it might also be advisable for a fresh supply of digital business card printing to be ordered before the event.

For more information on either of these activities, visit the Falls River city website.
