Somerville to see fusion of dances

February 21, 2013 by

The World Bhangra Dance Fusion Class is being presented this Friday by Full Circle Yoga and Wellness and will be instructed by yoga instructor Stephanie Pappas.

The dance class was created by Stephanie Pappas and features a combination of Belly Dancing and Bhangra Dance for a class filled with improvisation and free flowing fun. Offering students a chance to stretch, relax, and grow, it would be no surprise if poster printing and online digital printing methods have been used to promote this class to people in the area who might like to sample this unique experience.

Stephanie Pappas will lead students through this unique class gracefully, with enthusiasm, and using a playful mix of movements that have been used around the world. The broken down movements will allow students to have fun while focusing on their hips and torso using smooth and precise motions, while celebrating North India’s joyful yet energetic Bhangra movements, as well as receiving instruction on how to make the most of yoga.

Parking is available on the street around the building and students are encouraged to work to their own level of comfort during this free demonstration and practice class. The World Bhangra Dance Fusion Class will be happening this Friday, February 22, at Full Circle Yoga and Wellness located at 19 North Doughty Avenue in Somerville, New Jersey.
