Brides against Cancer is coming to Somerset this February. More than 120 cities nationwide host such events with 80 percent of all proceeds going to support cancer sufferers.
The event is part wedding gown sale and bridal show; gowns will be on sale from $99 to $3,900. However, the men will not be forgotten. There will be a “man cave” set up that will provide food, TV viewing and a wing eating contest. Memorabilia and collectible vendors will also be at the show. Organizers are also hoping to attract non-profit organizations to provide information on various programs and services for guests.
Those who want to get an early chance at the attire can attend the “Unveiling of the Gowns” reception which will take place before the event officially opens. Guests will enjoy appetizers, entertainment and giveaways.
It’s likely that the organizers of this event will be advertising it throughout the area in hopes of attracting guests from far and wide, such as nearby Cranbury. This may be done me investing in brochure printing services; the flyers can then be distributed in a variety of ways.
The Brides against Breast Cancer show will be held at the Imperial Banquet Facility and Conference Center in Somerset on February 9 from 1:00 – 7:00 PM. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 in advance.
