Chamber expects to end month strong

Going by the calendar that can be viewed on its website, the Morris County Chamber of Commerce has put forward ambitious plans for the month of July. Things take off with a presentation by the ‘Health & Wellness Committee,’ followed by a seminar and two networking events. With everything taking place in and within driving distance of Morristown, local professionals have even more options to choose from in the coming days.

In an effort to promote healthier living and lifestyle choices, the Health & Wellness Committee will be hosting “Walk & Talk” this coming Wednesday, July 18. Starting towards the end of the day at 4:45 pm, this is a chance for Morris County-based professionals to be physically active while also getting to know each other in a more informal setting. With pets and guests welcome at this one, there will be plenty of opportunity here to make new contacts right here in Morristown.

Just a week later, on July 25, business owners will have the option of attending a seminar that has been going under the title ‘How to Maximize Your Trade Show Experience.’ Starting at 8:00 am, the cost of this workshop has been set at $25 for both members and guests.

Interestingly enough, business card printing and flyer printing are two printing services that local business owners will want to consider with ‘Grand Slam Networking’ taking place on July 26 and ‘More Than Lunch’ being held a day later. In many respects, the availability of online registration simply makes registering for these events even more convenient for entrepreneurs.
