Microsoft Store grand opening considered a success

Between the recently opened Microsoft Store and the news coming out that iPlay America is making big changes, Manalapan’s business community has clearly been undergoing a major shift this last month.
Last Sunday, June 10, the new Microsoft Store opened in Freehold Raceway Mall and those who turned out to see it witnessed things starting off with a concert. By extension, the Grand Opening was everything people expected it to be and more. Featuring recording artists Lupe Fiasco and CeeLo Green in concert, as well as Victor Cruz of the New York Giants showing up to play some Kinect with the fans, the celebration of the Microsoft Store was something to remember.
If the event photos from the ribbon cutting are anything to go by, company representatives were just as excited about this one as the people lining up to enjoy the concert. Just looking at the banner printing and additional products that were utilized at this event, it seems like even the printing companies involved were enthusiastic about the opening.
While the Grand Opening was undoubtedly causing a stir, iPlay America also made an important announcement. According to Patch.com, the amusement park is planning to do away with its admission fee. Management has said that the reason behind the decision to go for a “pay as you play” model was to give customers more options coming in. In any case, the extended summer hours will give residents a chance to test things out for themselves, so it can only be a bonus if they can save a few dollars in doing so.
