Coldwell Banker changes luxury home marketing strategy
July 21, 2012 by James
Livingston’s Real Estate industry could very well see a major boost in the coming months with Coldwell Banker announcing its plans to revamp the way it sells luxury homes.
In an effort to capitalize more on the luxury home market, Coldwell Banker’s Livingston office has released news of its intent to start selling these high-budget houses in a new way. With the unveiling of the new website and its accompanying marketing strategy, it looks like the Real Estate firm definitely has the tools it needs to reach its goals. Aiming to give home buyers a better chance to evaluate properties and make proper comparisons before making a purchase, videos and pictures are expected to play a prominent role in the marketing of these houses.
Having been a part of the Real Estate industry for more than a century, Coldwell Banker is a name which is familiar to the majority of buyers, so this new move by the Livingston office will undoubtedly make an impact on the local housing market.
While big things have been happening in Real Estate, printing companies have probably been quietly doing work in anticipation of the Stanley Meltzoff Exhibit, perhaps carrying out postcard printing as part of the souvenirs and memorabilia that may support it. Having officially opened on June 6, ‘Oceans and Other Worlds’ is expected to be one of the biggest exhibits ever displayed by this artist posthumously. With the exhibition closing on the July 28, residents still have a full week to take in the sights.
