Classic Christmas Weekend starts December

The Macculloch Hall Historical Museum will be presenting its ‘Classic Christmas Weekend’ and all members of the family are invited to view this Christmas exhibition, featuring traditional vintage decorations, tours of historic rooms’ decked out for the season, and over 30 iconic Thomas Nast images of Christmas. While there, guests are invited to make a trip to the Holiday Shop.

The Macculloch Hall is a preservation venue for the historic Macculloch-Miller families of this region. The work is the legacy of the founder, W. Parsons Todd, and features a number of historic cultural programs, educational courses, exhibits, collections, and a historic site in the Morris area community. This site is located in the center of Morristown’s National Historic region and is open to tour from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. This museum features many 18th and 19th century English and American decorative arts, reproductions, and original artifacts.

Poster printing and brochure printing may have been the choice to advertise this interesting period collection to people in this area and surrounding areas. Admission is $8 for adults, $6 for students and seniors, $4 for members, and children under five are free. The Classic Christmas Weekend will be happening on Saturday and Sunday, December 1 and 2, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Macculloch Hall Historic Museum located at 45 Macculloch Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey, just down the road from Livingston.
