Festive folk will be pleased to hear of numerous holiday events taking place in Hamilton and the surrounding communities this month, and most likely a variety of printing services is being used to let those in the area become aware of the festivities and make their presence (and perhaps presents) felt.
At the Hamilton Mall, there will be several performers throughout the month. Shows will be viewable from First United Methodist Church, the Magic Flute Symphony, the Hamilton Township Community Band, and the Linwood Community Church Choir.
During this week in Hamilton, the Atlantic County Utilities Authority will be holding a holiday food drive. Residents can leave bags of food in front of their homes on the day of recycling collection and the Utilities Authority will pick them up. The food donations will be given to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey Southern Branch.
The annual holiday concert of the George L. Hess Elementary School in Mays Landing will be held on Thursday, December 12th. On that same evening, the Zombie Santa Night will take place at the Hamilton in the center court. The first 25 people who get in line will have the opportunity to have a professional makeup artist give them a free zombie makeover.
Finally, this Saturday, December 14th, the 15th annual Holiday House Tour will be held by the Hamilton Township Historical Society. This is a self-guided tour of seven historic and private homes in the downtown historic district of Mays Landing.
