New restaurants to open in Hamilton area

In the upcoming weeks, Bonefish Grill and Outback Steakhouse plan to open new restaurants along Route 1 in the communities close to Hamilton. The owners of these restaurants are most likely turning to a variety of printing services to help them make diners aware of their new locations.

The new restaurants will be located in the Mercer Mall on the site of what once was Chevys Fresh Mex.

According the owner of the mall, Federal Realty, Bonefish Grill will be 4,939 square feet in size while Outback will take up 5,210 square feet.

Outback is a steakhouse with an Australian theme, with this particular location being more modern in appearance than other Outback restaurants. The interior will have themes based on modern Australia while there will be a patio for outside dining. More than 100 local residents have been hired to work at the restaurant. Bonefish Grill, meanwhile, features fish is grilled over a wood fire.

There has also been a great deal of activity in the dining scene at the Quaker Bridge Mall across the street on Route 1. A Brio Tuscan Grille and a Cheesecake Factory recently opened, as well as a food court with eight vendor locations available, about half of which have been filled and are active.

Other eateries to have opened recently in the area include Bobby’s Burgers and Qdoba Mexican Grill at the Princeton Market Fair in West Windsor, as well as a Corner Bakery Café.

The two new additions will both arrive on January 20.
