New pizzeria opens in Hamilton

Gary Augustine recently opened his new pizzeria, Augustine’s Brick Oven Pizzeria & Cucina Napoletana in Hamilton after working in numerous other pizzerias over the past 30 years.
Augustine had a dream to open this pizzeria for many years, and with some help from his mother, paying his dues and many years of applying himself in the industry, he has finally realized his dream. It’s possible that he has been turning to a variety of printing services to let those in the community know that he has finally opened his own restaurant.
Augustine is hoping that his pizza will be unlike any other pizza in the area. His recipe is based on a 1990s recipe from this favorite pizza at Old World Pizza in Princeton which uses fresh basil and mozzarella and double-rising dough. In this process, instead of the letting the pizza dough rise for 45 minutes, he lets it rise slowly, beats the air out of it and then lets it rise again. A wood burning oven is used to bake his signature pizza.
There will also be live music in the restaurant several times during the week as Augustine is also a DJ. His plan is that people will come from all over and to create a casual and friendly atmosphere so people can become like family and enjoy themselves and the food.
