Hainesport residents have the option of being active this month through Jazzercise classes. With ‘Autumn in Moorestown’ coming up as well, there is clearly also an event planned for those who want to welcome the fall season in style.
For individuals who are looking for a fun but effective means of getting into shape, there are Jazzercise classes being held fairly close to here in Mount Laurel. Starting at 8:15 am and going for a full hour every time, what makes this method of exercising so effective is the way that it combines multiple methods of getting in shape. By successfully incorporating elements of kickboxing, jazz-style dance, yoga, and other forms of training into one streamlined style, this is a short workout that will target the whole body. Priced at just $42 a month, this set of classes is definitely worth a shot.
Where the printing services of local print companies are sure to come in handy is in anticipation of the upcoming ‘Autumn in Moorestown’. Being hosted on October 13, this Moorestown Business Association-sponsored event is expected to include a variety of activities and displays as they relate to fall. Featuring cars, pumpkins, and plenty of arts, organizers seem to be anticipating a turnout numbering in the thousands.
Going from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, this all-day event is free to attend and open to everyone who wants to come. In essence, this celebration of the fall season is one that the whole family will be able to enjoy.
