Wednesday farmers’ markets back underway

With a Farmers’ Market event and a Gift and Craft Sale coming up quickly, Fair Lawn’s residents have at least a couple of options at their disposal in the near future.

Being held every Wednesday of this month, beginning on July 11, the local Farmers Market is working to ensure that people are getting every opportunity to buy and sell locally. Although the hours were changed recently due to Independence Day, advertisements have been very clear in stating that things are back to normal now. Offering what is likely to be a broad variety of items, Fair Lawn residents can reasonably expect to see fruits, vegetables, and baked goods among the things available for purchase. Purely for the discounts and bargains, if nothing else, it never hurts to stop by and see what is for sale.

Meanwhile, artistically inclined individuals are getting a chance to show their stuff during the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge Gift & Craft Sale later on. Starting at 9:00 am and concluding at 5:00 pm, the sale is being held July 13 and 14 at Oakland’s Copper Tree Mall. With the money going directly towards the animals, both buyers and sellers will have the dual pleasure of providing support to an excellent cause. Simply because of the turnout expected for this one, merchants can do a lot to increase awareness by inquiring into the printing services that brochure printers have been known to provide.

Free to attend and taking place not too far away from Fair Lawn, residents can look forward to this event.
