Fair Lawn promenade boasts new restaurant locations

March 23, 2014 by

Garden Homes, the company responsible for the development and construction of the Fair Lawn Promenade, has announced that two restaurants will be opening their first restaurants in Bergen County.

Habit Burger, based out of California, will be opening its first location in New Jersey and Noodles & Company, based in Colorado, will be opening its third New Jersey location and first in Bergen County. No doubt the director of development of Garden Homes, Scott Loventhal, is turning to a variety of printing services to let those in the community become aware of these additions to the mixed-use project.

Three buildings in The Promenade, 65,000 square feet in size, will have office and retail space and another two buildings will have 150 residential units. According to Loventhal, the first tenant to open its facilities this month will be TKL Research, with a clinic of 25,000 square feet in size.

Other tenants in the project will include Verizon Wireless, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Starbucks, a dentist’s office, and three other occupants. Loventhal expects that the first residents will move into the luxury apartments in April, with the mix of restaurants, offices and services being a good complement to the residential units.

Construction on the project began in 2012 and is expected to be completed with full occupancy by the end of 2014.
