Albuquerque luncheon to address the topic of physician burnout

An event has been planned for Albuquerque that discuss physician burnout, how to manage it, and even how to prevent it from happening in the first place.

According to the organizers of the Managing Physician Burnout Luncheon, half of all doctors report experiencing symptoms of burnout, leaving them feeling exhausted emotionally and disillusioned in their career. They explained that this can lead to further, more serious mental health issues and affect the quality of care delivered to patents. It was further noted that, according to some estimates, it can cost the healthcare system a great deal of money to replace a medical professional who has left their position due to this problem. .

The goal of the luncheon is to discuss this issue and share tips and advice on how it can be managed, and also to provide skills that can help a physician better cope with the stressors they might face. Presentation folders with further information that may be useful to those who take part can be produced by a printer for training functions such as this.

The workshop will take place on October 5 at the Crowne Plaza Albuquerque form 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm. Tickets are $32.23 each.

Anyone who is interested in finding out more or purchasing a ticket for the luncheon is invited to visit its Eventbrite listing for further details.
