Snow dancing drifts in for the weekend
November 16, 2012 by Sarah
The Largest Snow Dance is calling upon all people who love the snow and love to dance to come out and join in, as the organizers hope to bring in a snow-filled winter. This event is being hosted by the Mount Washington Chamber of Commerce, as well as Black Mountain, and has been designed in the hope that the snow comes and stays.
The organizers are hoping this year will be the largest Snow Dance in history and they are inviting others to join in with the spirit of winter. This is open to all ages and anyone who wants to bring good cheer and dancing to the start of the 2012-2013 ski season.
A bonfire will burn brightly as people work to set the record for the Largest Snow Dance. This event will feature live music and hopefully a snowfall. Carlene from SymmetreeYoa, will join the crowd and pay tribute to the snow gods, while music will be by the Revtones. Food and drink will be available at the Lostbo Pub.
Poster printing and flyer printing may have been used to promote the event to members of this community and the surrounding regions. It will take place tomorrow, November 17 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Black Mountain located at 373 Black Mountain Road in Jackson, New Hampshire, not far from North Conway. Admission is free but registration is required. To register, or to learn more, please visit Black Mountain’s website or call the company at 603-383-4490.
