Making Assumptions of an enjoyable night in Worcester

The Assumption College Family Weekend Band Concert is the opening concert of the new school year and is inviting people to come out and listen to a variety of different works from various centuries. Poster printing and other printing services may have been used to spread the word about this student band member event to people in this community and the surrounding region.

At Assumption College, many students become band members to receive a credit for each semester, with the maximum credits being three. The band has a 30 to 40-member ensemble made up of students and faculty, along with the occasional community member.

During Family Weekend, the pieces are performed by incoming first year students at the Open House. The college band is known for its traditional concert scores and pep band materials. All students in the band must audition to gain entry and are required to have their own instruments.
This performance is suitable for college students, music lovers, with Bruce Hopkins as its conductor. The group performs at numerous events throughout the year, including athletic functions and assemblies.

Admission to the concert is free to everyone, as is onsite parking. The AC Family Weekend Band Concert will be happening on Saturday, October 5, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at Assumption College located at 500 Salisbury Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.
