Infinite Fitness holds first training challenge

Infinite Fitness, a metabolic resistance training facility in Fall River, is planning to hold a one-day program designed to change the way that people train. Most likely the facility is using flyer printing to let people in the community know about this inaugural event, called “28 Days Until The Best Shape Of Your Life Challenge”.

According to the co-founder of Infinite Fitness, Mike Fernandes, there are several purposes of the challenge. One is to help adults to get motivated to reach their goals with regard to fitness, return to the physique they once had and to feel great about their accomplishments and themselves.

Fernandes added that often adults spend time taking care of their children or other family members and neglect their own well-being. The goal of the challenge is to lead each of the participants in showing them what they need to do so as to have their result permanent and how they can get there. Those who attend will also receive body composition check-ins before and after the event and copy of the Fat Loss Success System that contains meals and shopping plans created by Infinite Fitness.

February 24 is the first day of the fitness challenge and will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 a.m. at the Infinite Fitness facility in Fall River. The cost is $149.99 for the 12 group training sessions.
