The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) recently recognized Dedham Medical Associates as one of the leading medical practices in the nation. The MGMA named it as a better performer, citing its superior operational performance as compared to other group practices of a medical nature across the nation. No doubt, Dedham Medical Associates is using a variety of printing services to make this known to the community about this outstanding achievement.

According to the Chief Executive Office of Dedham Medical Associates, Roberta Zysman, the recognition by the MGMA demonstrates how hardworking the staff and clinicians are and dedicated to focusing on better health care at a lower cost to the people that are served by the practice. Dedham Medical Associates prides itself on the personalized and top-quality care that it provides to the community.

Dedham Medical Associates was founded in 1937 as a multi-specialty practice and affiliated with Atrius Health in 2003. It uses a patient-centered medical home model of care where there is an on-going relationship between the patient and a personal physician who leads other clinicians and staff to provide a more coordinated, effective, compassionate and personalized care of each patient. This model is reviewed and its performance measured each year so as to enable the practice to improve its primary care practices for each patient.

Dedham Medical Associates has approximately 90 physicians in both its Norwood and Dedham locations and provides services for over 80,000 pediatric and adult patients. It is associated with several leading hospitals in the Boston area including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s-Faulkner Hospital and New England Baptist Hospital.
