Norwich networking choices for local entrepreneurs
March 9, 2012 by Mark
With Business After Hours and the second part of a popular workshop on the calendar, Norwich professionals have the option of networking and learning this month.
Taking place on the 15th, company representatives are being encouraged to come to Business After Hours with enough flyer printing and business cards to make the most out of attending. As the program name would imply, this one is starting fairly late with a beginning time of 5:30 pm. This gives local professionals plenty of room to prepare beforehand. Hosted by the Exercise Explorers Academy, Business After Hours promises to be a productive networking session for all who attend.
The second event on the list is the business planning workshop being held by the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce. Listed off as the second part of a seminar that was held at the end of 2011, this upcoming presentation is going with the tagline of “Plan. Do. Review.” According to the chamber website, the talk will be covering topics like the reviewing of a plan, the process of setting manageable goals, and will also include a full question and answer period.
Taking place at Three Rivers Community College, the speaker is going to be none other than the qualified and experienced Jim O’Shea. With decades of experience in the areas of training and skill development among others, the Greater Norwich Chamber would be hard pressed to find a more qualified presenter.
Whatever local professionals are looking for this March, the chamber has an appropriate event.
