Chamber expects to host two networking events

Throughout the year, the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce has made a habit of going the extra mile in making sure that its members have legitimate opportunities to grow. With a Business After Hours event and a BizBlender Networking meeting coming up, these next few weeks are obviously not going to be a significant departure from the norm.

For members of the local business community, the next chance to exchange business cards will be July 26. Being hosted once again through the Greater Norwich Area Chamber, this event has been designed with the goal of appealing to everyone’s inner love of sports.

Beginning at 5:30 pm and expected to wrap up roughly two hours later at around 7:30 pm, attendees will be able to make introductions and then start getting better acquainted while watching the Connecticut Tigers play. Set at $10 for those who are a part of the Chamber and $15 for guests, the tickets for the game are included in the price.

Things get quieter for a little while until the BizBlender Networking meet-up due to be held on August 7. Starting at 11:30 am and going until 1:30 pm, this is another networking event that professionals might benefit from attending. Taking place in Griswold, just a short drive away from Norwich, this is another chance to acquire new professional contacts.

With two networking events on the horizon, it might be an idea for business professionals to consider getting in touch with local print companies to discuss the rest.
