Norwalk Chamber to Host Networking Events

April 24, 2012 by

Members of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce have at least a couple of events to look forward to with both Business After Hours and a Networking Breakfast on the horizon. Local professionals who arrive with enough business card printing will be able to get some productive networking done over the course of the next few weeks.

Over the course of the next few days the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce is going to be hosting the next Business After Hours event on the 25th. Taking place at O’Neill’s Irish Pub and Restaurant, this is a great opportunity to meet with people in a low-key atmosphere.

With a late start time of 5:30 pm and an allowed time of about 2 hours for a conclusion of around 7:30 pm, working professionals will be able to get off work and be at the restaurant in good time. Charging $25 for members and $40 for guests, this is an excellent option for business owners who are in search of a reliable group that they can network with.

A few weeks after Business After Hours, the chamber will be hosting a Networking Breakfast on May 8th. Being hosted by Sono Corporate Suites, it’s interesting to note how companies are able to promote themselves through these occasions. It’s clear that while these are great places to acquire new contacts, the exposure that comes with sponsorship is worth considering as well.

As far as these networking events go, it’d be difficult to find a better place to spend time relating to other entrepreneurs on a personal level.
