Chamber to host 2012 Regional Roundtable

Local professionals are in luck with the 2012 Regional Roundtable taking place fairly soon and the Greater Norwalk Chamber kicking off the 2012 Small Business Development Academy a little bit later on in September.

Things first start getting interesting on September 12 with the 2012 Regional Roundtable being hosted right here in Norwalk at the DoubleTree Hotel. With Mayor Michael Pavia of Stamford, Mayor Richard Moccia of Norwalk, and Mayor Bill Finch of Bridgeport being featured as guest speakers, the professional community will be hearing firsthand what the government is doing to make the community a better place for everyone. Since the importance of politicians and law-makers in improving the quality of a market cannot be understated, it never hurts to focus on promoting an open dialogue.

Beginning during regular lunch hour with a start time of 11:30 am, this two-and-a-half-hour event is sure to be nothing less than informative for everyone involved.

Two weeks later, on September 26, the chamber will also be hosting the first segment of the 2012 Small Business Development Academy. This time around, the main guest speaker will be John Barricelli, chef and owner of SONO Baking Company & Cafe. Free to attend and offering all kinds of valuable insights to business professionals, local entrepreneurs have nothing to lose by putting in an appearance here.

Starting in the evening at 6:00 pm and highly anticipated all around, local brochure printers have probably been enlisted for their printing services ahead of this one.
