West Hartford Chamber shows initiative this month

July 10, 2012 by

The Chamber of Commerce has worked to ensure that Hartford-based entrepreneurs can have a productive July. Holding both a workshop and a networking event this week, members of the business community clearly have a few things working in their favor this month.

Whether looking for ways to save money on an upcoming flyer printing campaign or attempting to make the company brand more noticeable, administrations are always on the lookout for tools that will make it easier to get things done. This is doubly true with respect to technology. While a lot of people tend to think more of blogs, computers, and digital business cards when they look at bringing their systems up to date, Verizon Wireless will be aiming to draw attention to the ways in which affordable business solutions can benefit an organization tonight (July 10).

In an evening workshop clearly designed with the intention of accommodating the needs of active professionals, this one starts at 6:00 pm and concludes two hours later at 8:00 pm. Held at Angelo’s in West Hartford and free for members as well as guests, this is just one example of the informative events that business owners have the option of attending this month.

This Thursday, July 12, professionals may also consider attending the chamber-hosted “Business After Hours” meeting. Held this time around at the American Eagle Federal Credit Union on New Britain Avenue, those planning to be at this one would be wise to contemplate contacting a local print company to discuss different printing services.
