June After Six hosts speed networking event

Even with people’s schedules winding down, the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce has worked to ensure that members of the local business community are able to get some networking done this month.

For a recent example, professionals need look no further than the June Morning Networking event that was held on the 5th. Although the time slot listed on the Greenwich Chamber’s website was only an hour, there was plenty of progress made with attendees being told to come with a short “infomercial” prepared. By taking advantage of the leverage that a strong professional network can provide, attendees were able to gain quite a bit when it came to finding new leads and making a few friends in the process. With the price sitting at a mere $10 per person, there’s no question that the initial investment was worth it for those who were able to put in an appearance.

Individuals who weren’t able to attend the June Morning Networking meet-up still have another opportunity to acquire some professional contacts. It all starts on the 20th with June After Six hosting its own event. Back largely by popular demand, “Speed Networking” aims to put the fun back in meeting other entrepreneurs. Beginning officially at 5:30 pm, the planned activities won’t end with the networking session: there are refreshments and a new museum exhibit to enjoy as well.

Business owners who plan to be at Bruce Museum can’t go wrong ordering flyer printing and business card printing from local print companies ahead of time.
