Greenwich Chamber offers calendar variety this month

March 8, 2012 by

Whether looking for information, a chance to network, or simply a fun night out, the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce has done an excellent job of giving people the resources they’re looking for.

Events kick off fairly late in the month with the New Member Breakfast taking place on the 21st. Although many of the advantages associated with chamber membership are fairly self-evident, there are quite a few promotional opportunities that aren’t always so obvious at first glance. While calling up local brochure printers might not be necessary during the early stages, attending this breakfast can unearth valuable clues as to which chamber resources a member might be interested in the future.

A week later on March 28th, The Memory Studio will be hosting March After Six. Acting as both a photography workshop and a networking session, this month’s event is sure to be a good time for everyone involved. Other than the obvious need for business card printing , attendees are supposed to arrive with cameras and an open mind. Even though this is a definite departure from the style of networking event that many are accustomed to, this is an interesting twist that should lend itself well to informal relationship-building.

For those who are simply interested in spending an evening out and about in the community, the Greenwich High School Auditorium is going to be hosting “Greenwich’s Got Talent 2012” on the 28th. As the chamber calendar would indicate, there’s plenty for local business owners to do here in the upcoming weeks.
