For those who love a great festival, The Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire is coming to Ansonia to take visitors back to a different period in time.

This event will encourage visitors’ inner children to come forth with a fantasy world for all ages complete with elves, orcs, goblins, fairies, dwarves, and other magical creatures sure to create an astounding experience for the whole family.

This beautiful, magical step into the world of fantasy isn’t just for observing: guests are encouraged to come in renaissance-style garb or to dress as one of the fantasy races featured in the event. Human clothes are also welcome.

The event’s unique storyline boasts live shows, character combat, renaissance-style/pub fare, and over 50 unique artisans, selling their wares to eager visitors.

The event will take place at Warsaw Park from June 22 to July 7, between 11:00 am and 6:30 pm, with an additional night show on Saturday nights until 9:00 pm. Tickets for adults (15+) cost $16, $11 for ages 10-14, and $6 for ages 5-9, with children aged five and under entering free. Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire offers discounts for seniors, Peace Corps volunteers, veterans, and people with disabilities, and a season pass is available for $50.

Those in surrounding towns like Fairfield, Trumbull, and Oxford will surely be excited to attend, and it is important for the event to advertise to the fullest to encourage a great turnout. Print companies including flyer printing services and poster printing are a great resource for local events to reach out to new audiences.
