Central Connecticut Chambers boast full August calendar

August 1, 2012 by

Between the golf tournament, the upcoming Business After Hours event, and the information session taking place closer to the end of the month, Bristol-based professionals have a ton of options at their disposal through the Central Connecticut Chambers.

To start, printing companies will have their hands full with the “21st Annual Central Connecticut Camber Golf Tournament” taking place on the 6th. Being hosted in farmingdale at the Tunxis Plantation, members of the professional community will have a legitimate opportunity to connect with each other in an informal setting. Featuring contests, food, mementos, and contests, there’s going to be plenty going on over the course of this event.

Besides the business card printing that attendees typically require, the sponsorship packages businesses have taken on have effectively ensured that additional printing services are going to be needed ahead of this one.

Speaking of events where business cards can come in handy, the Bristol Chamber will be hosting its next Business After Hours meet-up on August 15th. Starting at 5:00 pm and going for at least a full two hours, entrepreneurs and professionals will get an informal opportunity to engage in a little bit of self-promotion. With the registration deadline listed off as August 8th, however, interested individuals will have to sign up soon.

Later in the month, the Bristol Chamber is also going to be presenting a “Workforce Investment Act Orientation Session”. Beginning bright and early at 9:00 am and taking place on the 29th, this informative session is being geared primarily towards job seekers. In any case, residents stand to benefit from putting in an appearance here as well.
