Bristol professionals getting options this month

Members of the Central Connecticut Chambers undoubtedly have their hands full, with two networking events, as well as an information session taking place later on in the month.

It starts off soon enough with AM Networking taking place on October 11. Slated to begin at the early hour of 8:00 am and expected to go from there, this is a great chance to make connections within Bristol’s business community. Since AM Networking will typically end at around 9:00 am, local professionals have the added benefit of being able to head straight to work immediately afterwards.

Free to attend besides, it is clear that the printing services of brochure printers should count for something ahead of this one.

Six days later, on October 17, the Bristol Chamber will be hosting Business After Hours. Being put on through the combined efforts of the Boys & Girls Club and Family Center, as well as the Imagine Nation Museum, this two-hour event will offer yet another opportunity to acquire new contacts.

Following both of these networking meet-ups is the ‘Workforce Investment Act Orientation Session’ on October 24. Starting a little later in the morning at 9:00 am, it goes without saying that the content of this presentation will be relevant to the issues that are being faced by residents who are looking for employment. Over the course of this information session, people will learn all about what Workforce Investment Act Services stands for.

No matter which way an individual looks at it, there is plenty going on with the chamber this October.
