Watertown computer users to learn of their legacy
February 22, 2014 by Max
A workshop called ‘Your Digital Legacy’ is being presented by the Watertown Family Center and will provide people with the necessary information on how to track their URLs, usernames, passwords, and much more.
There will be discussion on guests’ digital footprint, which will no doubt be addressed in any promotional poster printing used to bring the session to local attention.
Since many people who use computers find it difficult to keep track of all their log-in information and passwords, creative ways will be examined to assist users in making sense of it all. There will be information on the digital footprint people leave behind if they pass away or are incapacitated, and what they can do about it.
All of the people who attend this class will obtain a free copy of the Digital Organizer – The Internet Rolodex courtesy of Attorney Kujawski, which has a retail value of $24.99. This class is being taught by Attorney Mike Jujawski from the Kujawski Law firm. Free childcare is available for children under 10, although register will be necessary as space is childcare space is limited.
Your Digital Legacy is free to attend and will be happening on Tuesday, February 25, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Watertown Family Center located at 415 S. 8th Street, located in the YMCA, in Watertown, Wisconsin.
