Street Corner Symphony to be on song

October 30, 2012 by

A Nashville based a cappella group, offering a wonderful stage presence and a great collection of music that makes the audience feel at home while listening and watching them, will come to Wisconsin in a couple of weeks. This group has six members, consisting of three brothers and three college friends, and has a unique, laid-back style.

The Street Corner Symphony is a distinctive and dynamic group that has made its mark in today’s music world. The group has provided clinics for a variety of schools, recorded a number of albums, and hosted a number of cancer benefits. It has performed worldwide and across the nation, as well as working with renowned recording artists.

Unusually, five of this six member group are the sons of ministers, although the members do have an ear for natural harmony as well as an outlandish sense of mischief that has them taunting and teasing the audience as they perform. The group is capable of playing everything from barbershop and pop to gospel and rock and are favorites of both the young and old.

Poster printing and flyer printing may have been used to advertise and promote this group to residents of this community and neighboring communities. Tickets cost $32 per adult, $29 per senior, and $15 per student.

The Street Corner Symphony will be performing on Saturday, November 10 at the Council of the Performing Arts located at 700 W. Milwaukee Street in Jefferson, Wisconsin, just down the road from Watertown. For additional information, or to get tickets, please visit the Council of the Performing Arts website or call 920-674-5140.
