Feast of fun to be had at craft fair

September 29, 2012 by

This year, Ebert’s Greenhouse Village is once again hosting its ‘Ebert’s Craft Fair and Mum Fest’, which is an action-pack day of excitement and adventure. Taking place this weekend, this is a family event and features something for everyone, no matter what their age.

This annual event has a number of local artisans and crafters but also features some who travel from a great distance. This fun-packed family activity includes handmade gifts and treasures and a spectacular shopping experience for all.

Ebert’s Greenhouse Village has brought in the most beautiful purple fountain grass, asters, mum, and other plants to splash up your home this fall. Besides garden plants, there are a wide variety of artisans and crafters on the grounds for your shopping and viewing pleasure. There is something for everyone, especially the children, who will be entertained with pony rides, hay rides, straw jumping, making a scarecrow, and an inflatable fun park. There will be all kinds of food, featuring everything from dipped caramel apples to pumpkin bars in keeping with the season. While at the fair, be sure to check out the great lineup of home décor items, where bulbs are available to spruce up spring gardens.

Postcard printing and flyer printing were likely to have been used to promote this fun family event to residents of this community and the outlying communities. Admission to this event is free and it starts at 10:00 am today, September 29, and is back tomorrow from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Ebert’s Greenhouse Village located at W1795 Fox Road in Ixonia, Wisconsin, just a hop down the road from Watertown. For the latest updates, please visit Ebert’s Greenhouse website or call 920-261-5645.
