June 22, 2012 by

Tomorrow, June 23, the Luau Humane Society Fundraiser will take place at 211 S. Military Road in North Fond du Lac , Wisconsin. This is an all-day event beginning at 11:00 am.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the Luau Humane Society to assist with their campaign to promote Awareness and Action for Animals in Need. The event is being organized by the Spots and Stripes Foundation, which is a non-profit organization created to help animals in need. This includes animals that are mistreated, forgotten, neglected, abandoned, and abused. The foundation believes that every animal deserves to be treated humanely and regularly holds fundraisers for the humane society and arranges for volunteers to work in shelters and at clinics.

During this event, there will be a washer tournament, bake sale, and drink specials which include “The Island Wop,” and many more. In the spirit of the day, guests are encouraged to show up dressed in Hawaiian attire, with those do receiving 50 cents off every drink.

There will be a feast of live entertainment on the grounds, as well as a number of pets who need to be adopted into great family homes in the community. This is a rain-or-shine event, so please dress appropriately.

Flyer printing and poster printing may have been used to advertise the Luau Fundraiser to people in the community. There is no admission fee for this event and everyone is welcome. For more information, please visit the Fond du Lac Humane Society’s website or call 920-933-7419.
