One day offers three Easter event

April 1, 2017 by

In a few days, Janesville children and their families will have somewhat of a dilemma, as there will be three Easter event options here in town – two breakfasts and an Easter Egg Hunt all at the same time.

The Cargill United Methodist Church will be holding a free Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, for which three seatings will be offered. Afterwards, there will be an egg hunt, crafts, games, face painting, prizes, and pictures with the Easter Bunny. For those who desire pictures without the bunny, there will be a photo booth. Photos can be turned into holiday cards and family calendars.

Another Bunny Breakfast will be offering pancakes. The Easter Bunny will be hopping from table to table for pictures with the children. Children eight years of age and under can eat free of charge when they donate two nonperishable food items. Donations will go to ECHO.

Mercyhealth North will be holding an Easter Fun & Egg Hunt. It will have arts, crafts and photo opts with the rabbit in addition to the hunt. Donations will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

All three events will be on April 8 starting at 9:00 am. The first Bunny Breakfast will be located at the Cargill Methodist Church, 2000 Wesley Avenue, and the second will be at Quaker Steak and Lube at 3111 Wellington Court. The Mercyhealth North Fun & Egg Hunt will be at Mercyhealth North, 3400 Deerfield Drive.
