Freedom the key to festivities this weekend
June 27, 2013 by Mark
Folks in Janesville this weekend can enjoy a family-oriented, alcohol free event that offers something for everyone in the family, no matter what their ages.
The festival atmosphere and carnival rides at this year’s Freedom Fest will keep the entire family entertained throughout the day. Banner printing, poster printing, and flyer printing, as well as other printing services may have been used to bring this event to the people in this community and the surrounding communities.
During this festival, families will enjoy a selection of carnival rides, traversing an inflatable running obstacle course, a bungee run, a variety of jousting games, a tent filled with interactive video games, a tent specifically for parents, and hours of live music throughout the afternoon.
At the end of the festival, families will enjoy a dazzling fireworks display that will no doubt have the children gasping with oohs and aahs. The stage acts begin at 2pm and the fireworks end the festival with lighting time estimated to be 9:30 pm. Food and souvenirs can be purchased on the grounds throughout the festival. This is an outdoor event, so families are asked to dress for the weather and to remember their cameras and sun protection.
This is a free event with everyone invited to participate, and it will be held on Saturday, June 29, from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm at the New Life Assembly of God located at 2416 N. Wright Road in Janesville, Wisconsin. To learn more about this festival, please visit the New Life Assembly of God website or contact Todd Pope at 608-756-4175.
