Staci Joers serves up special cooking class

December 9, 2012 by

‘Holiday Entertaining in Style’ is a cooking instruction class taking place tomorrow and seeking to allow guests to prepare for the holiday season and dazzle their families. After taking the class, students should be able to impress their friends by pulling out all the stops and serving up a festival meal with all the trimmings that their friends will never forget. Participants can learn about special ingredients and flavorful sauces that can be served with the dishes to be created on this evening.

This instructor is the renowned Staci Joers from Cooking With Class. Joers will guide students through making a succulent pork crown roast filled with flavoursome apricot and Wisconsin brat stuffing, tasty roasted garlic squash with savory crispy sage, and a melted brown butter, caramel, and milk chocolate tart dressed with nutty hazelnut and espresso. Cooking enthusiasts can make this holiday season one their families and friends will remember for a long time to come, by joining Joers in the kitchen and learning how to put together these appetizing dishes. The class will last approximately two hours.

Alverno College has probably cooked up some flyer printing to promote this cooking class to all the people in the community, as well as the surrounding areas. The cost for this instructional session is $38 per person. The Holiday Entertaining in Style course comes around tomorrow, December 10, starting at 6:30 pm at Alverno College – just a short journey form Greenfield in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
