Evening meditation class to ease stress

June 26, 2012 by

Sahaja Meditation Classes will be offered this evening, June 26, at the Greenfield Public Library located at 5310 W. Layton Avenue in Greenfield, Wisconsin. This class begins at 6:00 pm.

A time-honoured and relatively simple technique, Sahaja Meditation helps increase wellness, while reducing life’s everyday stress. Guests will learn how to have better focus, be more centered, and develop much improved balance. This meditation class is also excellent for children to assist them with focus for studies and more. Led by an expert with many hours of practical knowledge and experience, as well as relevant, this class may even include people training to be instructors and offering guidance to individual guests.

Starter sessions are offered to first-time visitors and other sessions can be tailored to their needs. There are always new insights suggested and new techniques taught. Guests with some experience in meditation may try some advance techniques. Beginning with an introduction, the class will proceed with 30 to 40 minutes of practice. Classes are usually only about an hour long but the benefits can last for a life time. Guests are requested to dress in comfortable clothing, allowing for easy movement.

Poster printing may have been used to promote this class to members of the library and the public. The class is free and anyone who is interested in discovering this technique is welcome to come along and enjoy. Guests may bring padded mats for additional comfort during the exercise portion of this program. For additional information, please visit the Sahaja Meditation website or call 732-357-7564.
