Hunting for Easter Eggs
March 4, 2012 by Mark
On Saturday, March 31, 2012, the 5th Annual Driven Easter Egg Hunt will take place at the Burlington High School located at 400 McCanna Parkway in Burlington, Wisconsin. This event is being staged in the tennis courts located behind the local high school between the hours of 10 am and 11:30 am.
This year, there are over 1,000 painted Easter eggs being hidden on around the ground in the tennis courts area. Some of the Easter eggs will also contain hidden prizes. This event promises lots of additional activities and will be divided into four age groups with appropriate events for each. Another surprise is the additional goody bags that will be handed out at 10 am when the gates open, so visitors will want to arrive early.
Local print companies have no doubt contributed to this event through poster printing, flyer printing, and banner printing, with these promotional items now ready for viewing. Another new addition to the event this year is the “Collection of Love”, which is a canned good drive for people in need, so visitors are asked to place a couple cans in their bag to donate when they arrive at the event.
This event is a great time for the children and this year, like previous years, there will be face painting, Easter tattoos, a 50/50 draw, a coloring book station, and many food concessions on hand to keep everyone well fed. By all acconts, it seems this year’s Easter Egg Hunt promises to be the biggest and the best ever.
