Burlington Chamber Looks to Be Active This Month

December 4, 2011 by

From the looks of things, the Burlington Chamber of Commerce is set to have a productive December this year.

Beginning with the Legislative Breakfast on December 5th 2011 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m., local members of the business community as well as Burlington residents are invited to talk about pressing issues with municipal and state level government officials. Taking place at Gateway Technical College, members won’t want to miss out on this excellent chance for constructive conversation and mutual discourse. After all, companies have to work with the government to produce a business-friendly environment.

Shortly after the Legislative Breakfast, the Chamber will be hosting a Fundamentals of Internet Marketing Seminar on December 8th, 2011. This informative event is being held at the Department of Public Works and will likely walk business owners through the basics of using the Internet to promote themselves.

Since the seminar is free to all members, business card printing is likely going to be needed for networking purposes. After absorbing the information from this presentation however, companies will probably be interested in the additional printing services of Burlington’s printing companies. With the help of digital business cards , local firms will be better able to put lessons from the seminar into practice.

Whichever way an individual looks at it, Burlington’s business community has at least two events to look forward to this month. Whether owners wish to speak with government representatives about topics of mutual interest or are attracted to the idea of an Internet Marketing seminar, the Burlington Chamber is successfully accommodating everyone’s needs.
