Penn National Gaming Inc. promises to shop for Toledo businesses and keep it local

As Penn National Gaming Inc. prepares for its grand opening of the Hollywood Casino toledo in April, it pledges to look locally for business and marketing relationships. The company is committed to keeping their business dealings in the Toledo area and dealing only with local vendors.

Penn will require any number of local vending services, including beverage and food suppliers, IT support, and printing services. Representatives are currently attempting to identify with various local vendors so that they can move ahead with any contract needs or other paperwork that needs to be completed. They want to develop a list of local vendors from which to draw as the opening of the casino nears.

The casino, which is scheduled to open in April, will potentially provide a great opportunity for Toledo print companies to land a large client and bring in a significant amount of businesses. Penn National Gaming Inc. will undoubtedly require a large amount of printing services, such as business card printing , brochure printing, banner printing, and much, much more. A company as large as Penn National Gaming could represent a significant opportunity for Toledo printing companies in the coming months.

General Manager, Richard St. John, stated that the company absolutely prefers to keep their business local, as he met with Toledo vendors who gathered earlier this month at the Park Inn hotel for a vendor fair. Representatives for Penn state that some services are needed immediately, but they will be sending out another wave of requests for services and vendors in the couple of months before opening the casino.
