‘Taste of the Town’ will be coming to Parma late in September to “toast” area schools and help them raise funds for technology.
Food lovers of all ages will have a unique opportunity to sample a wide array of popular dishes from approximately 20 area restaurants all gathered in one place. In addition to the chance to sample a large variety of foods, those in attendance will also be helping students at area schools attain extra technology for furthering their education.
Fundraising events and other such activities often use flyer printing or poster printing to raise awareness within the community. Banner printing may also be used at the event to direct those in attendance to a specific area. Companies taking part in events such as ‘Taste of the Town’, which itself brings a number of businesses together in one place, may also utilize business card printing or other printed materials to pass out to those in attendance at the event.
Restaurants participating in the showcase hail from Parma Heights, Broadway Heights, Parma, and Seven Hills. A variety of entertainments, door prizes, raffles, and silent auctions will also be included at the event. Tickets for are $25 and can be purchased at the Parma City Schools website or by calling 440-885-8305. All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Parma school system.
The event, which is hosted by the Parma City Schools Foundation, will be held at Carrie Cerino’s Ristorante & Party Center from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, September 26. The Center is located in North Royalton at 8922 Ridge Road.
