Recent improvements and revitalization efforts made in the Fairview Park area will be the focus of this year’s Realtors Conference. The Fairview Park Business Advisory Council chairperson, Judy Nicoloff, stated that the goal of this year’s event is to showcase the area and inform realtors of all that Fairview Park has to offer to anyone who might be planning to move to the area or is searching for a new home.

The Realtor Conference, which is comprised primarily of Northeast Ohio realtors, will be held at the Gemini Center on Thursday, May 24. A free continental breakfast will be served at 9:00 am. After breakfast, realtors will board school buses and be taken on a tour of Fairview Park.

Annual events such as the Realtors Conference may use brochure printers, flyer printing and other printing services to provide information to those in attendance. Business card printing may also be used at such events, as a variety of companies and professionals may be represented.

According to Nicoloff, the tour will start with a drive down Lorain Road, which has recently been revitalized, and continue east to West Valley and the more upscale homes in that area. The realtors will then be taken on a tour of the Coffinbury area, where a new housing development is likely to be built in the future. The tour will also include the newly constructed Gilles-Sweet School, the library, Brookpark Road, and the Westgate area. Upon returning to the Gemini Center, realtors will be served a box lunch and a presentation will be given by school Superintendent Brion Deitsch and Mayor Eileen Patton.
