Safelite AutoGlass relocated its Dayton store, previously located on Old North Dayton, to a larger centerville location last month. The Columbus-based vehicle glass replacement and repair service intends to hire additional employees to work in the Centerville location at 8333 Yankee Avenue.
The company stated that the new, larger location allows them to provide a higher quality of service to their customers. The new store allows technicians to service as many as five vehicles each hour. Additionally, Safelite has been able to double its available amount of glass, increasing its inventory to as much as 150 parts in the store. The new Safelite location includes cable television, Wi-Fi and complimentary drinks in an effort to heighten customer service and provide a pleasant atmosphere for them.
When companies open a new store or relocate to a different location, printing services such as stationery printing and business card printing are often needed in an effort to establish the new address and information on company business materials. Centerville and area printing companies may also be asked to provide flyer, banner or poster printing for new businesses that move into the area. Banners, posters and other items are often used by businesses to promote their services or announce a new location.
Safelite’s Centerville store employs seven mobile technicians, two mobile repair specialists and two in-store technicians. The company plans to add a variety of seasonal positions and other jobs as well.
Safelite AutoGlass employs approximately 10,000 individuals nationwide, providing both in-store and on-site vehicle glass replacement and repair to over 4.4 million customers just in the past year.
