Fargo folk invited to Santa Village

December 9, 2012 by

The Santa Village at Rheault Farm is a great family outing taking place right through the month to celebrate the special holiday season of giving. At the farm, children will be able to visit with Santa in a non-commercial atmosphere and can build happy memories with the jolly old soul, Santa, as well as Mrs. Claus. This is a fundraising initiative with benefits, in the way of new toys, canned goods, and cash, going towards a variety of local charities.

During this festive celebration, the daily activities for the children and their parents will include a visit with Santa – so parents should remember to bring their cameras – as well as model train displays, live reindeer, Cookie decorating with the wonderful Mrs. Claus, and a number of creative craft and art projects. There are also many other family activities that happen throughout the hours, plus several light displays to admire. The organizers suggest that everyone remembers to dress warmly and bring hats and mittens, as it gets cooler later in the day.

Poster printing was probably among the methofs chosen by the farm to promote this holiday event to families in this area and surrounding regions. Admission is free, although guests are encouraged to donate canned goods, new toys, and cash.

During weekends, the hours are 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. From Wednesday to Friday, the hours are 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Rheault Farm is located at 2902 25th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota. For additional details, please visit the Rheault Farms website or call 701-199-7788.
