Taste of Omaha returns for another tasty year
April 21, 2013 by Sarah
It is not long now until the 16th annual Taste of Omaha, which will be taking place for three days in May and June.
The event showcases over 50 local restaurants and caterers. It also will feature six stages providing live entertainment, and included will be a Kids’ Zone stage and a Culinary Chef stage. There will be cooking demonstrations, informative displays, amusement rides, and face painting. Basically, there will be something to appeal to everyone, no matter what their age.
Events like this are a great opportunity for local food establishments to make their name known in the community. They also make local people aware of all the great food choices they have in their city.
No doubt, many of those taking part will be working with Omaha printing companies to prepare for this popular annual event. For example, local brochure printers can provide restaurants with a product that can feature photographs of the restaurant, the menu, and contact and location information. Advertising like that is invaluable to restaurants and other food providers, any money spent in designing and printing a brochure will likely be absorbed by the new customers it will probably attract.
The Taste of Omaha will take place between Heartland of America Park and Lewis and Clark Landing from May 31 to June 2, beginning at 11:00 am each day. Those who require more information on this event, which is free to attend, can contact Mid-America Expositions at 4012-346-8003.
