Crawford releases PRO Channel Manager

Crawford Technologies has released PRO Channel Manager, which allows businesses and print companies alike to offer their customers online delivery solutions for documents.
As St Louis printers know, many mailers are now requesting the receipt of documents via digital mailboxes and other cloud services. This reflects an increase in the use of cloud based services and tablet computers. PRO Channel Manager makes it possible for printers to integrate digital mailing services into their workflow in order to send mail to customers via their preferred method. This also has the potential to reduce mailing costs.
The last year has seen an increase in the use of these services in the US, though they have been used in Europe for several decades. Digital mailbox services provide secure access to their mail, something printers can use to save money, retain customers and improve cash flow. A recent InfoTrends survey suggests that use of this technology is likely to rise sharply, with a predicted 2 billion documents sent via this method in the print and mail industry over the next 5 years. This is expected to result in annual savings of $1.8 billion for print and mail services. PRO Channel Manager allows tracking of customer preferences for different document types. It also integrates into current production environments.
Vice president of sales, Stuart Warner, commented:
“Organizations are looking to meet the evolving digital document delivery preferences of their customers and PRO Channel Manager greatly simplifies managing those preferences. The resulting benefits in customer loyalty and print and mail cost savings can be significant.”
