The Saint Charles Convention Center will be hosting the 26th Annual Working Women’s Survival Show (WWSS) throughout this weekend.

Customers will be regaled with food and drink, pampered by salon beauticians, enticed by promotions, discounts, and samples, and invited to take advantage of photo, fabric, and poster printing services.

Food will be provided by the Cuisine on the Green area on the show’s top level. The upper floor comes complete with a cooking stage where local St. Louis chefs will demonstrate their culinary skill while local amateurs compete in the Missouri Pork Association’s Ultimate Girl’s Cookoff for cash and prizes. The Wine Garden area is available for those preferring refreshments of the liquid sort, with wine sold by the bottle, props, and accessories from local vintners, and instruction on wine selection.

Those who come to shop can pass the time roaming the 370 plus exhibits, offering a plethora of free samples, merchandise, and promotions covering the Show’s main themes of food, fashion, fitness, and fun. Everything from chicken hatcheries to jewelers to vision clinics will be set up in display booths to tickle any fancy.

The Nail Bar and Pampered in Paradise will leave attendees feeling relaxed and fashionable as professionals expertly attend to their every need. There is even a sack sitter claim check in case a shopper’s parcel load becomes too unwieldy.

Tickets may be purchased via WWSS website for $9 or at the door for $10. Hours are 11:00 am -8:00 pm Friday, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm Saturday, and 11:00 am – 5:00 pm Sunday.
