Leadership and Coffee for St. Charles entrepreneurs in March

March 8, 2012 by

The Greater St. Charles Chamber of Commerce has a well-rounded list of events that people can attend in the upcoming weeks.

One of the highlights of this month’s meetings is the next installment of the “Leadership & Strategy Speaker Series” that’s slated to take place on the 13th. Often good for receiving all kinds of valuable information and insights on various aspects of leadership, this free upcoming event is going by the title “Ideation for When the Well Runs Dry”. Being held at the St. Charles Convention Center, this is a great opportunity for local professionals to enjoy breakfast while learning how to turn the art of creative problem solving into a science.

Just a day later on March 14th, the Chamber is going to be hosting “Morning Networking Coffee”. Starting bright and early at 7:30 am, members of St. Charles’ business community are invited to kick off the day with a bit of networking and friendly conversation. Whether the goal is to find joint venture partners or to simply gain a few extra contacts, “Morning Networking Coffee” will make it easier for St. Charles professionals to see their plans through.

Another event to watch for is the Technology/Telecommunications Committee meet-up for the 15th. The topic: Pinterest and Google+ and how they can be applied to a company’s bottom-line. Most people already know about how digital business cards can help a company promote itself online. Going through lunch hour with a beginning time of noon, the information alone makes it worthwhile.
