An ice surprise ahead for winter sports

November 16, 2013 by

The 21st annual St. Paul Ice Fishing and Winter Sports Show is returning to St. Paul for three days next month.

The show is the largest of its kind in the United States and is set to feature the latest products for ice fishing and other winter sports in which many Minnesotans take part. This year’s show will feature over 190 vendors who will be selling ice fishing products, accessories, clothing, rods, reels, fish houses and other items of interest to those who want to enjoy the winter outdoors.

It will probably also give attendees the chance to network with their fellow winter enthusiasts and learn more about ice fishing itself from the vendors and the fishing associations sure to be in attendance at the show.

Vendors who put themselves forward had a wide variety of booth types from which to choose, beginning at 10×10 feet; some are draped while some allow room enough for visitors to sit down and talk to the exhibitors. Those selling items will often invest in services from printing companies, such as banner printing to make their booths more attractive to visitors. Those attending the St. Paul show may choose to contact their local print company to provide them with the necessary products.

The show will take place at the Saint Paul River Center from December 6 to 8. Admission is $9 for adults and $4 for those aged 6 to 12. To find out more about the show, call 651-265-4800.
