Healthy living to be promoted in St. Cloud

Events such as the upcoming Central Minnesota Wellness Expo can only help people get on the road to living healthier and longer lives – especially those who may be finding their health-conscious New Year’s resolutions a little harder to adhere to than they imagined.

The expo will feature speakers Tiffany Johnson (a psychic), David Faust from Stonehouse Resources and naturopath Dr. Lee Arberle. It will also feature fitness demonstrations, local experts, and 100 vendors. Those who took part in last year’s expo represented nutritional suppliers, dental care providers, eye care providers, and those selling products to ensure a healthy home.

Fees for vendors are $250 for independent distributors, $325 for a small business, and $400 for large businesses. They can also pay $75 for a 20-minute on-stage speaking opportunity. Sponsorships are also available and all sponsors will be recognized in event advertising. They can also be given the chance to place an item in the goody bag that will be given to all visitors. Sponsors might want to work with St. Cloud printing companies to design and print an item to be placed in the bag. As an example, they could include a short brochure about their business, a printed gift certificate, or a business card containing their contact information.

The Central Minnesota Wellness Expo will take place at the River’s Edge Convention Center on March 2 from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm, with no charge to attend. For more information, call 320-282-6192.
